Mixed Media Mandalas – No Rulers or Protractors Needed

Forget the ruler and embrace the imperfect! In this mixed media class, we’ll start at the center and work our way outward, building a colorful, one-of-a-kind mandala with layers of paint, drawing, stitching, texture, and embellishments.

There are no measuring and no need for perfectly spaced circles or stitches. Instead, you’ll experiment with color, pattern, repetition, and mark making, allowing each layer to inspire the next. The result is a richly textured piece that is uniquely yours.
