2026 Texas State Championship Show Registration Form  
(You must be a member of the TWG to participate)  

THIS IS FOR CLUB TABLES ONLY!

• All show tables are 6' x 30'
• The first Club Table is FREE and $30 for each additional table.  Discount automatically applied at checkout.
• Show entries coming from Club Tables are $5.00 per entry (see Show Rules for 
  additional information).  
• TWG Show Set-up begins Friday (April 2); Carving Competition Entry Registration is 
  April 3, from 1 PM to 5 PM.  Registration will continue Saturday April 4 from 7 AM 
  to 9 AM.  No entries will be accepted after 9 AM.
